Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2–5 business days for standard delivery and next business day for express.
Fragile Items
Certain products are classified as fragile and are handled with additional care. Fragile item orders qualify for free delivery on orders over €50. For orders below €50, a handling and delivery fee of €6.50 applies. This ensures your pieces arrive safely and in perfect condition.
International Shipping
We ship to 25 countries worldwide. Rates are calculated based on order value and package size:

Estimated international delivery times are 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate.
Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at all three of our locations. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to collect it at your chosen location.

Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.
- Fragile items may not be eligible for express delivery services.
- Some destinations may have import restrictions on certain materials. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
